“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

– Mary Oliver

Absorbed in our busy modern culture, we sometimes forget to slow down, to breathe and remember that we’re alive; living on a blue green planet suspended in space. More and more attached to our gadgets, schedules and responsibilities; it can be easy to get a bit lost in the momentum of everyday life.

It’s the simple things, and being out in the natural world, that can often help to remind us of what’s important.

Sitting by a campfire warming your toes, sleeping out under a vast canopy of stars in some wild place, getting up early and climbing a hill to watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee, walking an ancient trail across a beautiful landscape, jumping into an ice cold mountain lake to cool off, making and eating food together, sharing stories, getting perspective…

This is what we love, and this is what we do; make spaces for those little moments that help us feel restored, inspired and alive.
